Covers: VA screening, role-fit matching, skills assessment, interview facilitation, and onboarding support
Fees:
- Intermediate: $480 USD
- Advanced: $800 USD
- Expert: $1500 USD

📅 Tier 2: Ongoing Monthly Subscription

Supports: Long-term VA performance monitoring, backup VA access, and community resources
Fee: $79/month per active VA

What do I pay the VA?

You pay your VA directly (no salary deductions) based on their hourly rate:

Intermediate: $5–$8/hr (basic tasks: data entry, email management, social media)
Advanced: $9–$12/hr (lead generation, CRM, research, social media management)
Expert: $13+/hr (executive assistance, project management, automation, AI tools)

💡 Probation Period: First 3 months at $3–$4/hr.
